Our Story

Growing up in a family business that took the unique approach of building custom homes in a subdivision setting, Scott has made the natural progression to building totally personalized projects for clients.

Under his direction, adding custom homes to the company's service/product offering has been seamless. His passion is the process. He most enjoys the research, planning meetings and gathering initial feedback from clients on their needs and wants for their new dream home. To Scott, there is nothing better than managing budgets, and squeezing a client's every want and dream into the project for maximum homeowner satisfaction. After all, happy client faces on move-in day is the greatest reward.

Scott, who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry, began working part-time with a custom home builder during his time at Wilfrid Laurier University, while earning his degree in Political Science/Business.

He and his wife, Pamela, have been happily married for over 30 years and have three sons, and they lead a busy life together. Scott's hobbies include golf and supercross racing.

Elizabeth is the owner of Elizabeth Catherine Designs, which provides complete interior design services in Durham Region, Toronto, and the GTA.

As a successful designer, she recognizes the difficulties of maintaining a busy lifestyle and strives to simplify your life by taking care of all the particulars for you. Using her years of professional expertise, she has devised a systematic approach that allows you to unwind and trust that your project will go smoothly. Allow her to eliminate the pressure, uncertainty, and busywork so that you can concentrate on your life and savour the experience.

Ray has worked with Jeffery Homes for several years, having spent over 40 years working for several large building firms throughout his career.

His vast expertise in every aspect of the building process is a valuable resource in Quality Control, and he plays a crucial role in maintaining the well-established "Jeffery Standards."

Ray resides in Bobcaygeon with his wife Sandy, whom he has been married to for over 30 years. They have two children and a new grandchild. When he is not at the worksite, Ray utilizes his building knowledge to enhance his home or goes for a ride on his motorcycle.

Eric is a Port Perry High School graduate and attended Seneca College, earning his business diploma. Eric started as a hands-on labourer, eventually progressing to his current position as a Finishing Site Superintendent with responsibilities in after-sales service. He is also your point person who will greet you upon entering your brand new finished house for the first time.

He is married to Nicole, his high school sweetheart and they have four children. Eric is an accomplished professional motocross racer and also enjoys spending time at the family cottage.

Lucas gained practical work experience immediately after finishing high school. He has worked in various industries, from surveying to being on an oil rig crew in Northern Alberta.

He later joined the family business and currently plays a crucial role in coordinating on-site building partners.

Lucas, like his brother, married his high school sweetheart. He and Montana have two children, a son and a daughter. When he's not working, Lucas enjoys golf and spending time at the lake.
