Elizabeth is the owner of Elizabeth Catherine Designs, which provides complete interior design services in Durham Region, Toronto, and the GTA.

As a successful designer, she recognizes the difficulties of maintaining a busy lifestyle and strives to simplify your life by taking care of all the particulars for you. Using her years of professional expertise, she has devised a systematic approach that allows you to unwind and trust that your project will go smoothly. Ray has worked with Jeffery Homes for several years, having spent over 40 years working for several large building firms throughout his career.

His vast expertise in every aspect of the building process is a valuable resource in Quality Control, and he plays a crucial role in maintaining the well-established "Jeffery Standards."

Ray resides in Bobcaygeon with his wife Sandy, whom he has been married to for over 30 years. They have two children and a new grandchild. When he is not at the worksite, Ray utilizes his building knowledge to enhance his home or goes for a ride on his motorcycle.

Eric plays a key role in ensuring seamless project coordination and operational efficiency at Jeffery Homes. After graduating from Port Perry High School and earning a Business diploma from Seneca College, Eric began his career working hands-on in the field, eventually progressing to his current position as a Finishing Site Superintendent with responsibilities in after-sales service. He is also your point person who will greet you upon entering your brand new finished house for the first time.

Away from work, Eric is an accomplished motocross racer and enjoys time at the family cottage with his wife, Nicole, his high school sweetheart, and their four children.

Lucas brings a hands-on, detail-focused approach to overseeing construction operations. After entering the workforce straight out of high school, he built a diverse foundation of experience, from surveying to working on an oil rig in Northern Alberta, before joining the family business. Lucas manages trades, suppliers, and project timelines, ensuring every home reflects the company’s uncompromising standards for quality, craftsmanship, and design.

He later joined the family business and currently plays a crucial role in coordinating on-site building partners. 

Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with his wife, Montana, and their two children.
